In this module, you’ll consciously engage with feelings of discomfort and desire, and allow your emotions to guide you towards liberation from unhealthy patterns, and a future you can meet with courage.

Anchors and Equanimity

Learn to steady your inner waters so you can meet life’s waves with grace instead of fear. You’ll be introduced to a range of grounding supports that help you increase capacity and cultivate a centered presence that keeps you rooted in your power no matter what tries to shake you.

 Courageous Community

Reclaim the warmth of belonging as you work with “village consciousness”, allowing it to strengthen you, hold you, bring new understandings to your relationships and your role within them, and remind you that you were never meant to walk alone.

Goddess Consciousness

Meet and merge with the woman you are becoming by awakening the archetypal forces that live within your body and spirit. This Act guides you to release what no longer serves you and to stand in your fullest truth with tenderness and power.

Integration Circle
